What this portal stores and what it does not.
No trackers. The portal uses no Google Analytics or any other measurement tool, there are no social-media pixels and no advertising cookies are set. The only cookie created is the session one, and only if you log into the admin panel.
Nothing loads from outside. Fonts, icons and images are served from this same domain. Videos are shown with their cover downloaded here and the YouTube player is not embedded: until you press play, Google does not know you visited.
Voz FINESI. If you send a message without ticking the anonymous box, the email you type is stored so we can reply. If you tick it, nothing that could identify you is stored: no IP address, no browser details, and the database itself prevents saving an email alongside an anonymous message. The tracking code is only for checking the status and is not tied to any person.
Published messages. The public wall shows only messages a moderator marked as public and that already have a reply. Who sent them is never shown, with or without an email.
How long. Messages are kept while the matter is open and for the faculty's records. You can ask for yours to be deleted by writing to finesi@unap.edu.pe with its code.
Links to other sites. The portal links to university systems and external platforms. What they do with your data is up to each of them, not to this portal.
