CE2. Builds and analyses statistical models and computational algorithms for better decision-making under uncertainty, for the development of the region and the country, with a scientific and ethical attitude, using statistical and computing techniques from the field of data science.

CE3. Designs, configures and administers telecommunications networks based on current quality standards and security policies, with responsibility and social commitment.

CE4. Manages database and information systems with a scientific, critical and ethical attitude, grounded in theory and in the handling of information security policies and quality standards.

CE5. Applies statistical methodologies to promote and carry out scientific research, generating new knowledge for the benefit of the country and of humanity, with responsibility, ethics and command of current statistical techniques.
